Qualia Reels

Qualia began as a company that supplied rod and reel parts to many of the major fishing companies. As their business grew, the company began to develop and patent their own reel and rod designs. They created reels for some of the biggest names in fishing, including Penn, Mitchell, Shakespeare, Abu Garcia and Zebco. In 2005, the company decided to put all of that experience to work and start another company to sell their own brand of reels. They named it Qualia, a play on the word ''quality''.

Qualia Advanz offshore conventional reels are heavy duty reels built for strength and durability and to excel under the toughest conditions. All are built with a long list of rugged specifications designed to make these heavy duty reels as tough as nails and yet simple to operate and maintain.
